How to return your parcel to JD

To get started returning your JD Sports item for Free, you’ll need to head over to the JD returns portal here.

How do I return a JD Sports order?

You can return your JD Sports order for free with Yodel by InPost. All you need to do is select ‘Yodel by InPost’ as your preferred drop off location when you get to the JD returns portal and you’re ready to make your return. You should then receive an email containing your returns QR code or barcode which can be used to print your label in-store.

Next, head to any of our thousands of Yodel Stores, show the shopkeeper your unique Yodel by InPost QR code or barcode. They’ll then print your label and attach it to your parcel ready for our friendly neighbourhood couriers to collect.

At your local Yodel Store, you’ll be provided with a receipt which contains your unique tracking code, so you can track your parcel every all the way back to JD Sports. You can even enter the code into the tracking tool at the top of this page or use our Yodel by InPost app, available for iOS and Android to make things even easier.

What is the JD Sports return period?

You’ll need to return your JD Sports item(s) within 14 days from the shipping date, before the return period expires.

What is the JD Sports return policy?

The JD Sports return policy is straightforward and easy. The key aspects of this include:

• Any returns made via Yodel by InPost are completely free of charge

• Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty

• Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact

• It can take up to 14 days to receive a refund
