It's easy to return items to Vans

Create and print your Vans returns label directly from the Vans site

Then, attach your label to the parcel covering or removing any original delivery labels.

Please remember that Collect+ delivered by Yodel can only accept parcels under 10kg in weight and with maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm.

You can drop off at ANY of our local stores, open early til' late, 7 days a week.

The shopkeeper will scan your parcel and give you a receipt with a unique reference code. This code can be used to track your parcel's progress on our website; it will also work on our mobile app. Search "Collectplus" in the app store or google play.
