Yodel by InPost deliveries to a door

Yodel by InPost's delivery times are between 7am and 9pm on Monday to Friday as well as between 7am and 9pm on Saturdays in mainland UK. In exceptional circumstances, we may deliver on Sundays. Check our tracking page for further updates on your Yodel by InPost deliveries.

Returns and Click & Collect deliveries to Yodel Stores

When do we collect from and deliver to Yodel Stores?

Parcels can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday, we do not offer timed delivery slots. We do make some deliveries to both Yodel Stores and customers’ homes/chosen home delivery addresses on Saturdays, and occasionally business addresses.

The day that a parcel is taken to a Yodel Store is not counted as the first day of the delivery timeline, the driver will receive notification to collect this parcel on the next working day. Drivers' routes will change on a daily basis and therefore collection and delivery times to Yodel Stores may vary. We will notify you by text message or email when your parcel has been delivered to store, you will then have ten working days to collect your parcel before it is automatically returned to your sender/retailer.
