What is my parcel ID or tracking number?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

Your parcel tracking number is a unique code that allows us to track your parcel. It’s usually between 8 and 20 digits long.

Different senders have different types of codes, here are some examples of what your code may look like:

You should have been sent a parcel number by your sender either when you ordered your goods, when your parcel was dispatched or on the day of delivery.

If we missed you and left a card at your delivery address, there will be an 8-digit reference number printed on there that you can use too.

I have lost my tracking number

You can easily track all of your parcels including Return to Yodel Store, Deliver to Yodel Store and home deliveries with the Yodel by InPost Parcel Tracker app or by creating an account online here.

Alternatively, if a retailer has supplied you with a label to return an item through the Return to Yodel Store service, you will be able to confirm the tracking reference from the receipt the storekeeper gave you when your parcel was taken to the store and scanned in.

You will also get progress information on your parcels from retailers on our Deliver to Yodel Store service, so please check your emails. For any other queries please check with the retailer directly.

If you purchased the label from our Yodel by InPost Direct send service, you can create an account using the email address you use to buy labels and you will be able to view all of your existing orders.
