How to change the delivery address for your Yodel Store or InPost Locker parcel
From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help
If you have a parcel already en-route to a Yodel Store or InPost Locker and want to change the store, we are unable to change the destination en-route. Parcels will be returned to sender if they remain uncollected after ten days at a Yodel Store, or three days at an InPost Locker.
