How does Click & Collect work?
When you are ordering items online with a retailer, if they offer Deliver to Yodel Store or deliver to InPost Locker service, it will be shown in the online flow, please choose the Yodel Store or InPost Locker of your choice and let us do the rest. We will let you know when your parcel is delivered to your chosen location and ready to collect with a text message or email to confirm with your collection code.
Please note – retailers will restrict what you can order to be delivered to a Yodel Store or InPost Locker based on size and weight.
Can someone else pick up my parcel for me?
You can arrange for a family member or friend to collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf from your chosen Yodel Store so long as they have the collection code (which will be sent to you). For Yodel Stores, they will require one of your forms of ID, any of the following is acceptable ID, driving license, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, credit/debit card, passport, cheque book.
If you are unable to collect your parcel for any reason within 10 calendar days of receiving your text or email, please let the sender know as soon as possible so the parcel can be returned to them and your refund/return not delayed.
