What do I need to bring with me to the depot?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

You will need to bring the Yodel by InPost calling card that was left by the driver and one form of photographic ID e.g. passport or driving license. You must be aged 18 or over to collect your parcel from our depot.
