How do I return a parcel?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

Yodel by InPost works with many retailers to offer Return to Yodel Store services. You will either receive a returns slip with your original parcel delivery or you can check on our website to see if we return parcels to a specific Retailer. In some instances there may be a charge for the return label; this price is set by the Retailer. Each parcel will need its own unique label. To get a returns label click here. When you drop your parcel into a Yodel Store you will be given a paper receipt with a tracking reference (it will be 7 characters/digits) and you can use this to track your parcel as it makes its way back to the Retailer.

If you download the Yodel by InPost Parcel Tracker app and scan your return parcel you don’t have to retain the paper receipt as the app will store all your parcel information. You can even book your Returns in the Yodel by InPost Parcel Tracker app. Download it here to get started .

Can you return a sale item?

Please check with the Retailer from whom you purchased the goods to confirm.

How to return a parcel from the Republic of Ireland?

We offer a return service to a few selected UK retailers for their customers who are resident in the Republic of Ireland and who have a Parcel Motel account http://www.parcelmotel.com/. This service is NOT available to UK residents.
