From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

Yes you can. You can choose from some popular options including front porch, conservatory, shed or you can tell us your preferred safe place. Download the Yodel by InPost Parcel Tracker app and you will be able to share a photo of your safe place with your driver.
