How do I change my preferences in the app?
From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help
If you need to update your preferences, head to the Account Preferences section in the app and you can edit any of the previous settings you have set. Once you save your updates, these new preferences will be applied to all future deliveries
