Can I redirect my parcel to a Yodel Store?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

Yes, you can have your parcel delivered to a Yodel Store in your Inflight options. If this option is available for your parcel, you’ll be able to select this in your parcel tracking.

You can select this option from the moment the parcel reaches our network, right through to 30 minutes before your parcel is due to be delivered. So, why direct to Yodel Store?

  • If you’re not going to be in, our Yodel Store network is the ideal place to have your parcel delivered to
  • Our Yodel Stores are open late and on weekends, and we’ll hold your parcels for 10 days
  • We have thousands of Yodel Stores to choose from
  • Collect your parcel when it suits you, meaning your deliveries work around you and your schedule
  • Yodel Stores are secure, safe and convenient locations for picking up your parcels
  • Yodel Stores have huge capacity so if you multiple orders we be more than happy to look after these whilst busy

As with all of our deliveries, you’ll get end-to-end tracking, plus we’ll notify you when your parcel has arrived in your chosen Yodel Store.
